DYD Productions strives to schedule appointments typically within 1-3 business days. Availability may vary based on the chosen services (e.g., Matterport, drone), preferred photographer, weather conditions, or increased demand during peak seasons.
Properties must be "camera-ready" prior to the scheduled appointment. This includes cleaning and staging all furniture and decor. Please review our "Preparing Your Home" checklist provided during booking.
If the property isn't ready upon our team's arrival, it will be photographed "as is."
We welcome your suggestions regarding specific angles or highlights. Please either meet the photographer at the start of the shoot or provide instructions in the "Comments" section of your booking. Without specific instructions, our photographers will use their expertise to showcase your property effectively.
Clients must accurately enter all necessary details when placing an order. DYD Productions reserves the right to update incorrect order information and adjust pricing accordingly (e.g., incorrect square footage).
Our standard pricing is for single-family residential properties. For commercial or multi-unit properties, please contact us directly for a personalized quote.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Weather-related rescheduling (e.g., drone flights canceled due to rain or heavy wind) will not incur a cancellation fee.
Payment is required prior to delivery of final media. Clients will initially receive watermarked proofs; full-resolution, watermark-free media will be available immediately after payment.
Accounts overdue by 45 days will have media access frozen and new orders paused until settled. After 90 days of non-payment, outstanding accounts may be forwarded to collections.
DYD Productions guarantees hosting of media for one year from the appointment date, except for Matterport tours, hosted for up to six months or until the property is sold, whichever occurs first. Clients are responsible for permanent storage beyond these periods.
Grant of Rights: DYD Productions retains ownership of all media created and reserves the right to use media for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Client Usage Rights: Clients receive non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use delivered media for marketing the listed property and promoting their own real estate business across websites, social media, MLS, and other real estate portals for the duration of the active listing.
Clients warrant that they have obtained necessary permissions from property owners or occupants. Clients agree to indemnify DYD Productions LLC against any claims resulting from insufficient permissions, releases, or authorizations.
Clients shall indemnify and hold harmless DYD Productions LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from breaches of this agreement, unauthorized media use, or negligence.
